  • Mismatched gears:Using mismatched gears may lead to incorrect transmission ratios, resulting in reduced vehicle performance or damage to the transmission system.
  • Improper installation:If the new gear is installed incorrectly, it may cause abnormal gear wear, noise, or transmission system failure.
  • Failure to clean and lubricate:If the inside of the gearbox is not cleaned during replacement, or the new gear is not properly lubricated, friction and wear will increase and the life of the gear will be reduced.
  • Failure to perform testing and adjustment:If proper testing and adjustment are not performed after replacement, it may cause the gear to operate abnormally, cause abnormal noise, vibration, or transmission system failure.
  • Loose or over-tight installation:If the gears are not tightened properly during installation, the gears may become loose or be installed too tight, affecting the normal operation of the transmission system or even damaging other components.
  • Failure to address the underlying problem:Replacing the gears may be part of the solution to the drivetrain problem, but if the underlying issue that caused the damaged gears is not addressed, the problem may reoccur.
  • It is recommended to use gears provided by the same supplier in the same gearbox
  • Under normal working conditions, if there is a problem within our warranty period(six months), we can replace it for free.
